Fracture Testing
- Tests performed by Element Materials Technology
- Greater than 33,000 lb of compressive force to fail
- Greater than 5,000 lb of tensile force to fail
- Greater than 11,000 lb of tensile force to fail with fully engaged pins
Vibration Testing
- Tests performed by Spektra Labs in accordance with International Standard IEC-60068-2.
- 3g acceleration and 10-35 Hz frequency of vibrations selected according to wooden coaster conditions.
- No slippage, no loss of engagement, and fasteners remain secure after multi-axis tests.
- Stepped frequencies and sweep endurance testing performed for range of expected values.
